Please note that in the current COVID-19 climate, we are unable to accept any returns for PPE items, such as reusable gowns, gloves, face masks, aprons and all other items of PPE. Please accept our apologies in this regard.
For all other items, please email us or call us on 01274 736 319 to arrange a return.
We will refund the product price paid on all unused, unopened packets or cases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For goods ordered in error you will be responsible for the full cost of postage and packaging and may also incur a re-booking fee of 25% of the cost of the product.
